What does outreach software for links do?
It finds sites worth asking for a link, finds who to email, writes the pitch, sends it and collects the replies. BlazeHive does each of those steps and keeps every thread in one inbox.
Who writes the pitch emails?
AI writes each one from your template and the article it is about. You can edit the template, and with auto-approve off you can edit or skip every email before it is queued.
What do the emails offer the site owner?
You choose. The link exchange template offers a link back from your site in return for being added. The paid placement template asks the site owner for their rate. BlazeHive never pays anyone itself.
Does it send follow-up emails?
No. Each contact gets one email. Sending stops for a contact once they reply, and a contact who was already emailed about one article is not emailed again about another one.
Which address do the emails come from?
From a mailbox we set up for you on a separate domain, with DNS and warm-up handled. It is included in Authority and Full Suite, so there is nothing to connect.
How are replies handled?
Replies sync every 10 minutes. AI labels each thread Interested or Not interested, counting out-of-office and automated replies as not interested. You can change the label and reply from the app.
