Is AI content ok for SEO?

AI content is OK for SEO when it is accurate, edited, and actually useful. Google's published stance since 2023 is that it rewards quality regardless of how content is produced.

The same policy has teeth though. The March 2024 core update and later spam updates hit sites publishing unedited AI pages at scale, some losing their entire traffic overnight.

So AI-written content is bad for SEO only in its raw form: generic phrasing, invented facts, no experience behind it. Edited AI content with real information ranks fine, and a large share of what ranks today started as a model draft. The production method is invisible, the quality is not.

An AI content humanizer for SEO strips the raw-model tells before anything goes live.
